    2. Cut the figs in half and place cut side up on a baking sheet.
    3. Mix together 2 tablespoons of the honey with the lemon juice, drizzle the mixture over the figs, and place it under the grill for about 6 minutes.
    4. Transfer the figs to serving plates, place a tablespoon of ricotta over each serving, and drizzle over the remaining honey.
