Fresh Shiso green leaves, known for their aromatic flavor and widely used in Japanese and Asian cuisine. Perfect for sushi, salads, garnishes, and herbal dishes.

Recipe: 

• 10–12 fresh Shiso (Perilla) leaves

• 1 cup cooked sushi rice or normal rice

• 1 small cucumber (thin slices)

• 1 avocado (optional, sliced)

• 100 g smoked salmon or tuna (optional)

• 1 tbsp soy sauce

• 1 tsp sesame seeds

• 1 tsp rice vinegar
